Continuing its rapid growth, hotel management firm HotelBrain announces its entrance into the markets of Serbia and Montenegro.
This expansion is signalled by a new office in Belgrade (Radovana Dragovica 12, 11030 Belgrade, T: +381 11 3555 700, F: +381 11 3057 747), followed by two hotel management and one new development project.
As a result of past few months intense efforts by HotelBrain Serbia & Montenegro and its local partner Mr. Nicola Senesi, the following hotel management agreements have been signed:
_ Hotel Management agreement with 5-star Hotel Park, located in the Novi Sad district, comprising 225 rooms, along with 5 restaurants and bars.
_ Hotel Management agreement with refurbished Hotel Leopold I, set on the shores of the Danube river in Novi Sad, with 50 rooms, 3 restaurants and a state-of-the-art Wellness Centre.
_ Development agreement and consequential management of boutique hotel Villa Park in Novi Sad.
